1.2. Purpose

Peon.es / Peon provide a chess entertainment service in a dungeon format (bot games, hero progress, medals, history, rankings and public games).

1.3. Terms of use

Accessing and using the service means you accept this document. You agree to lawful use and not to attack, abuse or impersonate others. Cloud sync and some features require Google or Apple sign-in. Guest play may keep progress only on the device.

1.4. Intellectual property

Content, trademarks, code and designs of Peon.es and Peon belong to Ruboskizo S.L. or are used under license. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.

1.5. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Ruboskizo S.L. is not liable for indirect damages or interruptions beyond reasonable control.

1.6. Governing law

Spanish law applies. Courts of Madrid (Spain), without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.

2.2. Data we process

• Account data from Google/Apple sign-in (e.g. name, email, account id), when provided by the provider.
• Game progress (hero, floor, level, XP, medals).
• Games (result, PGN/moves, bot, duration) for history, rankings and public games.
• Profile avatar when available.
• Technical logs (IP, device/browser) for security and operations.
• On iOS: local preferences/progress; push device tokens only if that feature is enabled and you grant permission.

2.3. Purposes & legal bases

We process data to provide the service, sync progress, show public rankings/games, manage accounts, handle deletion requests, keep the service secure, and comply with law. Bases: contract, consent, legitimate interests (security/abuse prevention), and legal obligation where applicable.

2.4. Recipients

Google/Apple (auth), hosting/infrastructure processors, and public authorities when required. We do not sell personal data. Public rankings/games may show your name/alias, avatar and results.

2.5. Retention & rights

We keep data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. After account deletion we erase or anonymize personal data within a reasonable time, unless we must retain some information by law. You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability rights at info@ruboskizo.com, or delete your account in the iOS app. You may also complain to the Spanish DPA (AEPD): www.aepd.es.

2.6. Children

The service is not directed to children under 14. Contact us if you believe a child provided data so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
