Choose a hero, climb floor by floor, and win real chess matches. You start with king and pawns; each level unlocks a new piece.

How it works

No tournament prep needed. Just descend, fight, and grow.

Pick your hero
You start as the Assassin. More classes unlock as you push the dungeon.

Fight on the board
Every enemy is a chess game. Early floors have lower Elo and missing material.

Level up and unlock
Earn XP and pieces. By level 6 your army is complete.

Earn medals
Invincible, Speedster, Comeback, and more — each win style gives a one-time XP bonus the first time you pull it off.

Unlock skills
Dodge at level 5; Backstab with 5 medals; Stealth with 10. They charge over a few turns and can flip a fight.

What each skill does
Dodge: a captured piece may reappear nearby. Backstab: when you step beside an enemy, a chance to remove it (not the king). Stealth: the bot cannot see that piece.

Persistent progress, rewards, and a clear goal: reach the Dragon.

Your army grows with you
Start with only king and pawns. Bishop, knight, rooks, and queen unlock as you level.
Medals for how you win
Invincible, Speedster, Comeback, and more — XP bonuses the first time you earn them.
A hundred floors of challenge
From the sewers to the throne. Each biome changes the mood and the bot’s strength.
